Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Monoy, a product owned and operated by Ghostudio Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "Monoy" refer to Ghostudio Limited.

Ghostudio Limited's registered office is SOHO Office Space – Embassy, 13 Omonoias Avenue, 3052 Limassol, Cyprus, registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under number HE467456.

These terms apply to practitioners (the primary account holder) and any administrator seat they invite. Patient use of the patient portal is also governed by these terms; a separate, simpler set of patient-facing terms is planned for the future.

Patients accessing the portal via a magic link are third-party beneficiaries of the data protection commitments in this document but are not party to the commercial terms governing the practitioner's subscription.

Monoy is an administrative and communication back office for independent medical specialists. It manages scheduling, patient records, and patient communication, and generates AI-assisted content (pre-visit briefs, draft instructions) grounded in information already recorded in the system.

Monoy is not a medical device and does not provide clinical decision support. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or make clinical judgments of any kind. All clinical decisions, and all content sent to a patient, remain the sole responsibility of the practitioner, who reviews and approves every AI-assisted output before it is sent.

• A practitioner account requires a real, licensed medical specialist operating an independent practice.
• Phone-based one-time-password (OTP) authentication is used for login. Practitioners are responsible for the security of the phone number associated with their account.
• A practitioner may invite one administrator seat (e.g. an assistant or family member handling admin), whose access is scoped to the same practice and can be revoked independently at any time.
• Final review and approval of AI-generated patient instructions is restricted to the practitioner (owner) role and cannot be delegated to the administrator seat.

• The first 10 practitioners to join under the founding offer lock in their subscription rate for the lifetime of their account, regardless of future price changes.
• The founding rate does not change when Monoy's public pricing changes.

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe, monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at signup. Practitioners may cancel their subscription at any time via the dashboard or by written notice to support@monoy.doctor. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a paid period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with the same effect, refundable only where required by law.

Practitioners agree not to:

• Use Monoy for any purpose outside legitimate medical practice administration
• Attempt to circumvent Monoy's architecture to use the AI layer for clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or any purpose beyond administrative and communication support
• Share login credentials or magic links outside their intended recipient
• Upload or process patient data for any patient who has not given the required consent

Patient data entered into Monoy remains the property of the practitioner and, where applicable under GDPR, the patient. Monoy acts as a data processor on the practitioner's behalf for this data; the practitioner is the data controller.

Practitioners may request an export of their practice data by contacting support@monoy.doctor. Exports are provided in a commonly used, machine-readable format (e.g. CSV or JSON) within 30 days of request, consistent with the practitioner's rights as data controller under GDPR.

Monoy uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service: Supabase (database and storage, EU/Frankfurt), Twilio (SMS communications), Stripe (subscription billing), and Anthropic (AI-generated content; covered by Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum, incorporated into Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service and including Standard Contractual Clauses for the EU-to-US transfer - processing itself occurs on Anthropic's US infrastructure, since Anthropic does not currently offer EU data residency for direct API access). Scheduling and appointment booking are handled natively within Monoy's own Supabase database, with no separate scheduling sub-processor. A current list of sub-processors is available on our Data Security page or upon request. Material changes to sub-processors will be communicated to practitioners in advance.

Monoy is a communication and administrative tool. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, or medical judgments made by practitioners using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law, Ghostudio Limited's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Monoy shall not exceed the total fees paid by the practitioner in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Ghostudio Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of patients, or loss of data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under Cyprus law.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

Upon termination or cancellation, data handling follows the retention terms described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to practitioners before taking effect.
